Fiona McIntyre
I always knew I wanted to work with children, and first started studying child care in year 12 at school.
After completing the Diploma in children’s Services I began working in a small centre in rural NSW, before moving to Newcastle to commence a position as a room leader.
I then moved to the UK and worked with children there for 2 years in nursery schools and as a nanny.
Once I returned to Australia I completed the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and commenced a position as 2IC in a centre before moving into my current Directors position.
With over 10 years experience in the Early Childhood industry and 2 young children of my own I’m still amazed at how rewarding my career is.
I feel extremely privileged that our wonderful families entrust their precious children into our care, and I find it so rewarding to be able to work with these families to shape and enhance the learning and development of the beautiful children in our care.
